I have been stretching yesterday as normally as my routine, and I strechted a little bit more, I've been stretching my thighs. So the next day I woke up I've been feeling some pain in my leg's muscles and all the way up to my thighs. So I've been wondering should I continue stretching or stop until the pain is gone?

If it hurts, don't do it. Try going for a long walk at a moderate pace to allow all the leg muscles to warm up and disperse lactic acid build up.

What is your activity, and did you stretch before or after it?
