Isn't it called hijab why do people call it bercca ?

hijab = scarf covering head
burqa = black gown and hood covering entire body, with eyes covered by mesh screen

Burqa or bercca is actually a form of dress and this might be just the headscarf which covers just the hair.
As this term is used differently in different countries.For example in the Middle Eastern countries a Burqa means
The long cloth covering which includes covering the eyes.

In the Asian regions, we use the term Burqa to mean head covering which does not cover the face.

This is a niqab, which is a face veil which is tied on top of a regular burqa( this form of burqa actually shows the face, the niqab can be lifted easily when needed)
