I want to start a small business out of my house fixing and repairing computers. Would a bond cover me if I did something to their computer and it couldn't be fixed or repaired? Or if I lost all their data by accident?

Being bonded has nothing to do with liability. Bonding is a guarantee to your clients that you are without any criminal convictions. You should discuss this insurance issue with your insurance provider.

Thank you. I've never had my own business before, so where would I start looking for this kind of insurance coverage? Any insurance company or are there specific ones I should look at?
