I got cuaght with brass knuckles at school that's oner of the felonies then I got for possien of weed at school that's the other felony then I got cuaght stealing that's the one misdemeanor what is going to happen to me I'm 16 at the time and turn 17 in about 6 months

It depends on your trial. If you have a record of violent and criminal activities, not necessarily illegal, then you may be tried as an adult. If not, with a decent lawyer, you may be tried as a minor. As an adult you will be facing some pretty big fines, possible jail time/probation and maybe even community service.

As a minor, you will be required to participate in some sort of program, i.e.. Pins, anger management, some sort of probation, or some sort of counseling. On top of that your family may be liable some fines and charges, there is even the possibility of juvenile hall or foster care. The perks to being charged as a child include, after 18 they can't touch you any more... meaning you're sentence won't be anymore than a year or so after the trial, and your records will most likely be sealed so you have a clean slate when you get out.

Not all of this will happen, you will have to suffer some sort of penalty, but these are just possibilities. If this is your first offense then I would guess the least of the penalties on either side.
