I live in Arizona which has a state income tax. My wife lives in Washington State where there is none. I also maintain a residense in both states. Do I have to pay the state tax in Arizona, my business is locaed there, and do I need to include my wife's income from Washington State on my Arizona tax return? I have been paying for thr last 15 years.

You do indeed have to pay tax on your income to AZ since that is where you live and work. If your wife resides in WA, and has no income from AZ at all, you can avoid having her income taxed by AZ by using the non-resident tax form (140-NR). That way you are taxed by AZ only your income earnewd in AZ. See the instructions for line 4 of the 140NR form:
