I have downloaded some fitness videos from you tube via the 'realplayer' how can I copy these downloaded video onto a cd

With Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html) install the add on Ant toolba (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8174)r this will enable you to download and save flash media from many websites to could then just burn them out to CD or DVD
