I have slow drain from my bathtub. I removed the bathtub and used manual hand snake to clean clog. However, the snake just go into 2" bathtub drainage pipe about 1' and stop at the ebowl. Sometime it can go further but appear in the connected clean sewer right next to it. I also use rubble baloon to push water into that pipe and drain liquid, but it does not work.

Please tell me how I can fix this problem, Do u think there is something stuck right the drainage elbow pipe. Should I cut the foundation to see the pipe..

Please direct me...
Thank

No need to break foundation. I would suggest that you rent 3/8" elec. Snake from Home Depot. You don't have enough power to make that turn at the elbow. Elec. Snake will make it through the turn no problem.

Follow Milos advice and use a larger power snake, Go in from the overglow plate,(see image).l
You'll hit a return bend about 18" in but once around that you'll only have about 12 more feet to go. Good luck, Tom

If you removed the bath tub - than you are probably hitting San-T fitting. Yes, it is a sharp turn. You have to be patient with the snake. Go back and forth until it goes the right direction.

Ahh! You removed the tub and not the oiverflow.
If you bglocked by the sanitary tee in the stack you can get around this in one of two ways.
1) Uuse a drop head Auger Tip, (see image) **OR**
2) Snake from the lavatory roof vent.
Good luck, Tom
