Can delinquent overdraft protection be repeorted on your credit report?

Overdraft protection is a loan. Delinquent loans can be reported.

I was told it was not a loan as I never signed a contract for it nor did I ask for it... the bank just notified me one day that I had overdraft protection on my bank account.
