How to connect curtis dvd recorder to TV through bell 3100 receiver

This depends on how it's connected to your TV and if your DVD recorder has a tuner or not.

If the DVD recorder does not have a tuner, then you will need to run composite audio/video out from the receiver, to the video in on the recorder. Then what kind of video out you run to the TV depends on the TV and the DVD recorder.

If the DVD recorder does have a tuner, then you can run coax out from the receiver, in to the DVD recorder. For connections to the TV, it's the same as mentioned above.
