Look on the back side of the electrical wiring access door on the outside unit. There is one there for every unit as attached with glue from the factory.

Cannot read it . It is damaged model "brhs0241bb ser" 960830427 coleman-evcon heat pump

I was hoping that information would help you since I do not have that units wiring diagram on my computer. Sorry.
