Hi I am an international student and I worked on CPT authorized from my university and now my employer issued W2 on a different company name ( his friend's) , not the one which I have offer letter from. Will it be a problem for filing tax returns, or filing for green card or citizenship later?I tried to call him, the company doesn't exist or he is in USA.. please help me... what do I do?

Contact them and ask them to correct it.
