My laptop mini computer does not play online internet videos and it stops and stutters.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but the "netbooks" do not generally have the computing power necessary to smoothly play internet video. Most videos on the web use Adobe Flash, which is very taxing on a computer.
You can try to play the video in a lower resolution and/or a smaller size (i.e. not full screen) to get smoother playback.

I have the same problem and I can't get it fixed, so my advice to the person asking this question is to just IT!! I was trying to fix this for weeks now and it just gets my frustrated, so take my advice.

I agree with wally. Another thing that might help is switching to a different browser if your netbook allows it. Chrome is a very lightweight browser and might help with the stuttering a bit.

Low internet speed can cause the same problem. Also plugging the netbook directly to the router can help.

Inter videos required adobe flash . So install adobe flash and enjoy...
