My boyfriend and I had sex recently but before he put on a condom, he had penetrated me. He didn't though. It was just a pleasure of skin to skin. Could that make me pregnant? I don't keep track of my cycle, but I know that I last had my period early January, now we are in early February. So am not sure whether am pregnant or not, right now I can't bring myself to go to the doctor.

Please help!

papili, for future reference, please, do not allow him to put his penis anywhere near your vulva unless it has a condom on.

There is always a chance (ranging from very slight to extremely probable) every time his penis is inserted into your vagina. What some people who use the 'pull-out' method of birth control and those who think it is okay for a quick 'skin on skin' feel do not think about is the penis does provide some of its own lubrication. That lubricant and pre-ejaculate can contain live sperm which can fertilize your egg. I won't go into odds of it happening because nature likes beating them.

It might be very slight, but, yes, there is a chance. There is also a chance you will get your period in the next few days.

Please practice safe sex in the future.

If a man's penis comes close to your genital area - there is always the risk of pregnancy. When aroused (and before ejaculation) a lot of men leak a pre-seminal fluid.

I'd suggest a pregnancy test and keeping track of your cycle. It comes in handy for all sorts of reasons, as you can see!

Don't know where you ever got the idea you could do that because you can't... that can very wel lmake you pregnant... or if you play with him using your hands and touch your vaginal area... or if he plays with himself and then touches you in that area as well.

Couple of things...

As mentioned, the chances are low, but they are not zero. The biggest risk in cases like this is usually when the male has previously ejaculated but not urinated after. Also, its possible for emission to occur without him knowing or without his being honest with you about it.

Second, I don't understand why any woman wouldn't keep track of her cycle, especially a sexually active woman. Its false to think this will also be a surefire way to avoid getting pregnant, but knowing your body is something I think you should be vested in.

Last... I'm also a little distracted about your not being willing to go to a doctor to talk about your health. If you choose to have sex, you should be willing to go see a doctor whenever needed. Period.

Hell, if you don't choose to have sex, you should be willing to go see a doctor when needed.

I had checked earlier and his penis did not have any kind of fluid at the time. I also asked him about it and he said not even the pre-ejaculate had come out at the time. Of course you will argue that he might not know it when some of the pre-ejaculate comes out. Another thing is that am cramping as normal, so am assuming my period will still show up because I feel like am ovulating. Could this still be a symptom even if am already pregnant?

Chances are slim that you are pregnant now, don't take chances in the future. As I said, Nature likes slim chances.

He is BSing you... he checked earlier? Hahahaha... No preejaculate was there?. bwahahahha...

I have some prime Minnisota ocean front property to sell you too.

The odds he did what you just claimed he did are even less than him finding a winning lottery ticket on the sidewalk.

There isn't a human male alive that given the opportunity of playing with a woman who's body he doesn't already know every blemish from memory is going to be even thinking to look at that.

What WILL go going through his mind... Boobs... Nookie... and Oh I want to get off. THere will NOT be any other thoughts dominating his brain at that time.

All right, a lot of research comes to demonstrate that pre-ejaculation fluid does not include sperm. But as another person posted above, if your boyfriend had ejaculated before, sperm might have been there without you knowing. In any case, go and buy yourself 2 pregnancy tests and have one of them now, the other one next week. If both turn out to be negative and you still haven't gotten your period go visit a doctor or have a bloodtest to determined if you are or not. In any case, please make an appointment to the doctor, because not only pregnancy is an issue involved in unprotected intercourse but much more things. Also ask him about the pills. Hope it helps

inashares does not find this helpful : can't you be a bit more discrete ? this lady is scared and needs help not you judging her

inashares I think its about time you read the rules for not helpfuls, its clear you don't understand the rules around here, or you choose to ignore them. My answer was factual... your OPINION was not. On top of being pretty damn RUDE. It will be reported to site admins.

And if the poster is adult enough to be having sex... then she's adult enough to be told the facts.

I have a low tolerance to rude noobies who ignore the rules.

Inashares, Please look at the dates before replying to a thread. This one is over a year old and any advice given now would be extremely out of date especially since she was worried about pregnancy.

Thank you.
