My sister is recently (6 months) married to a guy from Ireland. He recently became very distant and told her he wanted a divorce. She is heart broken and dealing with severe anxiety as a result and thought, from what he told her that he wanted to work to make their marriage work... he has been being very affectionate with her and confusing her about what he feels and wants and he moved out to a separate apartment the other day. She found out today that he is flying to South America to see his exgirlfriend!! He goes to school here on scholarships and my mother sponsored his recent visa... my sister feels used and taken advantage of to say the least! He told their marriage counselor that he only married her to get his green card... Who can I call to report his behavior? Is what he doing immigration fraud if he has been pretending to love my sister for 6 years to get her to marry him and lying to her face while he plans to sleep with another girl and all of sudden tells her that he has no love for her anymore? She is literally debiliated from anxiety and panic attacks right now from such fear over what he is doing to her. His degree is in psychiatry and I wonder if he isn't manipulating her as well. I am very worried about her situation. Can anyone help? They live in PA and he has his green card and work Visa now thanks to my sister and mother who feel like victims of his lies. Can we report his behavior to anyone? If my sister divorces him, which she is now planning to... will he still get to go to school here and live here and reap rewards from our system because he hurt, used, abused and lied to one of our good, loving, and trusting citizens?? What can our family do to help my sister?

I would call the INS and explain all this to them. They look for fraud and know how to proceed. Good luck. Best to your sister.
