At idle and take off engine has a miss or very rough accelaration. What would you recommend? By the way the truck has 275k on it. Other than the miss it runs great

Have you done anything with the injectors? Do they leak or have you cleaned them lately? If you haven't cleaned them in awhile. Be sure to change the fuel filter beforehand and use seafoam. It's a cleaning product for inside your engine. Follow the directions closely.

I haven't bought the truck yet. Just trying to fix it before I buy it.
