I am repairing plumbing leaks to a 40 year old house. After finishing with some copper lines, I noticed the drain line from bathroom sink where it enters a T in a vertical drain pipe had a small leak. It runs through some wall studs and would be difficult to replace. The installer didn't fully bottom out the joint and there is a slight bend in it. Can I use plastic repair epoxy, that says it adheres to ABS, to seal the bottom of the joint? Will it hold, since it's not under any pressure? Thanks.
