My friend has a friend from Serbia, who apply for American visa several times but he was always denied. And then he went to Mexico to try crossing over the border, his brother help him. And they paid some girl to married him. But she get scared and run away. Than he had to go back in Serbia. Than after a year he tried again, but know he used some girl to help him with visa problem, because she is a student and he falsify his papers and he finnaly beat the sistem and american ambasy in Serbia gave him visa. And now he is in America and working illegal. And his brother who came to America , 10 years ago, married some girl for papers, which by the way. He still didn't get, helps him... so, is this violation? Because he work illegal? And planning to stay there and find some girl to married so he can have paper? What can be done?
