How much to charge, will also depend on many unknown factors, like, location, manner in which the paint is applied, number of top coats, whether a primer is used, the customer or the painter supplying the paint, any patching or repairs that need to be done, whether the surface areas are perfectly flat or textured in some way, any furniture to be moved, etc.

So, until more specifics are known, it's difficult to even guess on a possible price.
