Had sex with someone I don't know. I got tested and everything was negative. Then started to feel mild pain in penis usually near the tip. Got tested for UTI, chlamidia, and gonnhorea and was negative again. Saw a urologist and he found nothing. I also cannot feel the ejaculate come out when I ejaculate. Any ideas?
