Can you use too much developer when mixing your own hair dye at home??

You will need to mix equal amounts of both developer and colorant.

Hi, sweetie. If your hair is chemically relaxed, I recommend using a semi-permanent hair color. It will cause less damage than a permanent hair color. But if you want to use a permanent color to make your hair a couple of shades lighter. Try using hair coloring products such as Cream of Nature Permanent Hair Color or Clairol Textures and Tones. These products are designed for chemically relaxed hair. You will find them at your local drug store or pharmacy.
