I've been divorce for about 8 years and not once have I been able to claim my children at taxe time. The Ex-wife is always telling me that I have to have a written form from her in order to claim the children. I have been paying childsupport for our four children since the divorce. The laws just don't seem to be fair. I pay about 12,000 a year in childsupport and still get the children threw out the year but she is able to get all the benefits. Childsupport plus tax credits please can someone help me with this?

What does your divorce decree say about claiming the children? You can always go back to Court and request a change if the way it is currently written is not in your favor.
You have opened a very old thread and I have asked that your question be moved - no one will see it here.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
Second, this should have been part of your divorce settlement. Often divorced parents alternate claiming the kids.
If you don't like it, then go back to court to amend the support agreement.
