I have changed my status from H4 to F1( It has been approved) , I have finished two semesters and now I am travelling to india in my break and I need to get my F1 visa stamped in india to return back. I want to know what are the documents I require for this and do I book my visa slot as a regular f1 slot or is there anything else for someone who has an approved status change. Thanks in advance

When you change status while in US, the status is valid until you leave the country. You need a new I-20, and you must apply for a new F-1 in India. Fill form DS-156/157 like other nonimmigrant visas.
