My income this year was less than 5000 but my husband earned 28000. Do I have to file my w2. Return is higher if my w2 is not included.

Yes - since you received a W2 and you are married you must file a tax return. You and your husband must file either as "Married Filing Jointly" (MFJ) or as "Married Filing Single" - you will most lilkey find that filing as MFJ gets you the best results.

You can file joint return or as married filing separately.
Even if you file separate return, you must file your tax return. Your U.S. Tax Return: 2009 Filing Requirements for Most Taxpayers (http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2009/11/2009-filing-requirements-for-most.html)
