Asked him to move out August bank holiday Friday, he met her on the Sunday. Its been on and off since then. He's been coming back telling me he loves me and she is a back burner but she is clearly more than that. She has no responsibilities in life and love to go out and get drunk. This has taken its toll. He never pays for his kids he tells me he can't afford it but he can afford nights out with his fancy women. Even though he tells me he would like his family back. We seem far too boring for him now because he has had freedom. I kicked him out for putting his friends and nights out before his kids and me. I made him leave when my babies were 18 months old and 4 weeks old. He tells me he loves me but I don't think I do I just have it in my head that if I don't have him nobody else should. Help me please!

Well, you can't do much about someone else having him. That's beyond your control.

What you can do is decide what YOU want to do. He sounds undecided and he sounds as if he's had his taste of freedom and doesn't want to come back. It's been six months, after all.

Get sensible and get some good legal advice. It's his responsibility to support his kids financially. Organize for child support to be taken from his wages. That way you won't have to worry about him not paying you.

He's not acting as if he loves you, he's just keeping you on a string until he decides what to do.

Cut the string, get some legal advice, let him go. If you can't have him you may as well let someone else deal with him - God knows he doesn't sound like a good catch!

Actions speaks louder than words. If he hasn't shown it to you, than you are probably right and maybe its time to move on because all of this isn't exactly good for the kids.

Right they are , even though I got the kids, and have a girlfriend, they are 1st. GF is very close 2nd. Me dead last as always.LOL. Kids must come 1st. Get the lawer asap.
