1. Click on the "Go advanced" button underneath the area where you post.

2. Click on the paperclip. A new page will pop up, it's called Manage attachments.

3. Click on the browse button.

4. Find the picture you want to post.

5. Double click on your picture.

6. Click the "upload" button.

7. When the picture is done uploading it will show under "current attachment". You can add a few pictures if you like, just keep browsing and uploading until you're done. I think you can post 5 pics at a time.

8. Go back to your post.

9. Click on the paperclip again. Your picture will be there.

10. Click on the attachment under the paperclip (your picture). It will now be in your post.

11. Post. :)

This is not the best picture of my daughter but it is the only one I can find at the moment.

But I do believe it portrays the resemblance , which is closer than the pics dictate.

She actually looks more like your picture , but the lighting differences wash away detail and diminish the effect.

I know I have other pics that will demonstrate it more than this one.

You look more like her than her sisters do , at least in my eyes.

She is a special education teacher in the public schools here. She has the kids that have Downs Syndrome, ADD, and many others I can't remember. She is something special , she loves every one of the kids she teaches as they do her. I am very proud of her to say the least.

I was a whale with both kids. When I was 8 months along with Jared it was August, hot, and I was dying. Our friends had a pool, invited us over. I had a pregnancy bathing suit, and I was desperate for some relief from the heat, so we went.

I got there, and one of my friends said "rescue her, she's a beached whale!"

I cried.

Sad thing is, he wasn't far from the truth. :(

I was a size 6 before kids. With Jared I got back to my pre-pregnancy weight rather quickly. With Syd, not so much. :(

I'm still struggling to get back to my pre pregnant weight. I have gained so much weight since Christmas, it's embarrassing. I didn't have the pregnant swim suits, just a tank top that was 3 sizes too small and a pair of mens boxers lol. I was around a size 4-5 before pregnancy.

A lot of women have no problem getting the weight off Addy. I think it just depends on your body type. I was never meant to be that skinny, like I said I lived a very un healthy life style to get to the small size I was. I also had a c-section which I think is harder to recover from. They cut all the muscles so it does take a bit longer to tighten up the ole tummy again. Lots of good food and exercise helps. :)

I'm going to be getting a pink highlight in my hair, as will my daughter. I promised her she could if she did well in school, and this semester she did very well.

I'll post pictures once we get it done.

I'd go for blue or purple, but my hair is dark and I don't think it would show up as well as pink. But for Bella the blue really works.

Well it was kind of a belated birthday gift, it costed $100.00. I had it dyed blonde with dark brown underneath, the cut and then the blue put in. The blue is actually extensions, they are sewen into my hair. They cost $25 for 5 of them. You can get different ones too. Next time I am going for magenta!

LOL! Jared was born in September, during El Nino (sp?) and it was a very hot summer. I spent a lot of the time in the shower or crying.

When I got pregnant with Syd and found out I would be very pregnant during yet another summer, I looked at my hubby and said "Get air conditioning or die". He got AC. Smart man. :)

It is so great to have him in our home, he is soft, small 8.5 lbs and he smells like a baby :)

Adam, you were damn fine before! But I do understand the need to want to feel good too. Good luck! My friend did the insanity work out after she had a baby and lost all the weight in like 4 months, she looks awesome. I'm half tempted to try it myself.

Well I thank you for that but at least you understand the self want and desire to be where you want to be. I just hope I have the mentality for the workout. It seems pretty intense and they say it isn't for everyone. But I am pretty strong willed but I guess we will see if I can finish the 6 days a week workout for 2 months!

Adam, try the P90X workout. I can't even do the warmup for that video without wanting to die. Sneezy said he tried it, and it worked very well, but he also said it was the hardest workout he's ever done in his life, and he was very happy when it was done.

Insanity is supposed to be way harder than the P90 work out! It's insane! Lol

LOL! I can't say. I haven't tried it. I did try P90X, or the warmup video anyway. The warmup almost killed me. I can't imagine doing the actual workout videos.

I did try "Hip Hop Abs" which was made by the same person that made the "insanity" workouts. Didn't do a thing, and those I got through.

Yea, I bought the p90x videos a few years back and wasn't to impressed and never finished them because I didn't really like most of it but I have heard so many good things about the p90x videos. I have also heard the insanity workout is supposed to be a lot harder. Watch this video:
