OK I hope this is the right place to ask this, I have an evenflo baby suite pack and play and I am at my wits end I have now idea how to make it lock on the bottom, iits not like my other one and I'm going nuts someone please help!

Could be one of two ways.

Try collapsing the entire pen, then pull up the sides and they should pop right into place. Then put the mattress in.
Or
Pull center floor up, then lock all top rails, then push down on center floor.
