Thanks for jumping on an old post jasmarie1 and giving me a reddie. I only ask this question so I know I'm not helping someone break the law by working with refrigerents without being licensed. And yes, if you are working with refrigerents without a license in the U.S. you are breaking the law and punishable. So in a way, it is everyone's business to know if someone is hurting the ozone. I don't make the rules, I just follow them. But really, was there a need for a reddie? How would you like it?

Fair enough, I woulnt turn you in if you weren't licensed, or anything like that, I just wouldn't give advice to someone who wasn't. I was just wondering why you gave me a bad report(reddie), for asking a simple question. No hard feelings, just curious why you would do that to someone with noble intentions.
