I am having the F11 code on my Kenmore washer HE4T near the end of cycle. A repair guy came and said I had to replace either the motherboard or the motor board(something like that) but that he couldn't tell which one it was. He basically said flip a coin and pick one to replace. If the first one doesn't work replace the other one. Each cost about 200 bucks. Shouldn't he be able to tell which one it is without guessing? I am also not about to go in myself and start taking things apart... that will make it worse! Please help.
