A little more information about your situation would be helpful.
Where are you located? What is the lien placed on? When was the judgment granted and when was the lien placed?

As with the previous posts, a little more info. Would be helpful. But please keep in mind one thing, unlike judgments, liens are security interests and generally carry no specific timeline or statute of limitations. A lien, for all intents and purposes, must be either satisfied and/or paid before it is removed. It is rare for credit cards (but not illegal or impossible) to get a lien against some property in the hope they might recover a delinquent debt.
