But please keep in mind one thing, unlike judgments, liens are security interests and generally carry no specific timeline or statute of limitations. A lien, for all intents and purposes, must be either satisfied and/or paid before it is removed. It is rare for credit cards (but not illegal or impossible) to get a lien against some property in the hope they might recover a delinquent debt.
