Over a debt of $2,000.00 that resolution investment acquired which % should I offer to settle.

How old is the debt, is it still within the SOL. Do you live in a state that allows garnishments.
Do you have a job if garnishments are allowed.
That all makes a difference as to if they will even settle and if they will for how much.
