Unless you speak of the Form 1099-G for unemployment compensation (normally available on the state's Department of Labor website), you have to wait for them in the mail.

There is no central site that would have all your 1099's. But you may be able to retrieve them on line from the individual financial institution(s). However, some institutions don't have them available yet. I notice in my own case that one of my brokerage accounts doesn't have the 1099's available yet for online viewing, but another does. So it may be another week or so before you can get them all - I think they have until Jan 31 to make them available.
