I had a baby in nov 09 and had a period in decmber soon after.between that time, December and just up until the 12th (I had my period on the 16th)i was sexually active.now I was expecting my period around 13th jan 010 and instead started spotting on the 17th,18 & 19.however I did take a pregnancy test on the 14th and it came up as negative and I took one again on 17th shortly before I spotted and it came up as negative.. is there a chance I might be pregnant or is there something wrong?

You already know that anytime you have sex you run the risk of pregnancy.

Now, are you breastfeeding? This will change your periods.

Also, for the first 6 months to a year after having a baby your periods may be wacko. If you are not wanting to get pregnant again so soon, and I must advise it's not healthy to get pregnant within a year of having a baby, I suggest you use birth control.
