I have a 8yr old daughter who has'nt seen her real dad in over 5yrs... I gave him loads of chances to see her and every time he let her down and did'nt come when he said he was... I left him because he beat me up... but I gave him my address to where I had moved so he could have concact with my daughter, but he never did... and now he want to see her and have pr,my daughter does not want to see him she don't even know him as she was 3yrs old when I left him... can courts make her see him if he doesn't want to see him... plus he takes drugs and abused my son when we were together ?

For starters he is the father. So if he were to go to court then there might be a beginning.
It may start slow and then build into more time. And even overnights or all summer long. Many courts recognize the importence of having a father in a children's life and they are making an effort not to stand in the way.

Unless you can prove he could be a danger to the child, it is likely he will get some visitation rights. Probably supervised at first.

On the other hand you can't force your daughter to be with him, but, if a court orders it, you have to make her available for visits.
