My refrigerator/freezer, I put the freezer temp. knob at the warmest setting and the temp. is still at -20 degrees why could that be.

Why is my freezer temp. at -20 still even when I put the temp. knob at the warmest setting.

1) have you done enything else to it lately?
2) Are the coils clean?
3) It could be a sticking timer switch ( running for too long ) or something wrong with the thermostat itself.

I have a Galaxy do door is cooling but the freezer not work properly, I check little fan motor and the blade is work.I check the pression with my manometer and is reading 27 degree.
