Unemployment compensation is NOT reported using a Form W-2. It is reported using Form 1099-G.

You may be able to print off your Form 1099-G by accessing your state's Department of Labor website.

You get your W-2 from your employer, and you SHOULD have it by now, so call the employer and ASK!
