Why does Double Handle Lavatory Faucet water not get hot (only Luke Warm) when it is next to the Tub that does gets Hot water Quickly?
Both Fixtures are on the Same 1/2" line in the Wall.

Is this a new problem?

Check the hot Shut off valve under the sink if it is fully open if not open it turn it counter clockwise , if it full open and no hot water, to make sure that water is coming to the faucet close the shut off valve disconnect the supply line at the shut off valve put a rag on top the valve open the valve and see if you have water if you the problem is with your faucet if no water or then the problem is with your angle valve, let us know when you do this test, also if you can tell us the brand and the model number of you faucet, Thanks.

Yes this is new. The Home is about 6 months old. All has worked fine, but for some reason now, the Hot side of the Faucet does not get hot. I do get water from it, but only luke warm. Keep in mind, this is a Double handle Faucet. Do you think that the Angle Valve is restricting Flow and therfore; just taking very long to warm up?

To make sure that water is coming to the faucet close the shut off valve disconnect the supply line at the shut off valve see the image below, put a rag on top the valve open the valve and see if you have water, if water flow is good then the problem is in the faucet, if no water problem is with S/O valve do this test and come back we will help you,Thanks.

The Valve & Supply Line is clear. Flow is good through the Faucet. Water does not get hot, only luke warm. I have equal Pressure on the Cold side as the Hot side.

Can you remove the handle and cartridge or stem if you close the hot angle valve under the sink remove it turn on the water and see if the water is flowing inspect the valve if no damage install and see if your problem is fixed other wise you would need to change the cartridge or the seals, good luck.
