I am looking to find the actual shape of the radio / cig. Lighter fuses to be replaced for the 2003 Toyoto Corolla.

Looks like these, but some of them are stubbier now. You should have some marked "spares" under the hood in the fuse and relay box. Look underside of the cover for labeling.
Cig fuse (or power outlet) is located on the inside left hand lower dash area.
