I am replacing water the water damaged cabinet floor under my kitchen sinK. I have taken it out. I was wondering if I can put a solid piece in without taking the face of the cabinet off. Is there a mateial that I can use that will be flexible enough to fit yet sturdy enough to hold.
Thanks

You could use plywood as the base pieces(one on each side) then use a laminate or thin veneer plywood on top tp give the look of one piece... does that help?

I was able to use a 1/8 inch piece of wood and squeeze it in at an angle past the piping and the disposal. But it works perfectly. It appears that someone had tampered with it before since the center support was missing so I just had to build a new support.
Thanks for your help.
