My husband was put on probation for 5 years for pawning a stolen gun for his friend because his friend had a suspended license, which he was told was his gun that his grandpa gave him. Now some guys at work accused him of stealing the following items.. 3 screw drivers, a flat head that's broken, and clippers. My husband wouldn't steal any of this.. he already has some that were better than there's. Well they arrested him and put him in jail. Now I need to know if this is violating probation or not until he is proven guilty? I would also like to know what can I do to help prevent him from going to jail over a damn screw driver? Please help me!

Hello red:

If he's convicted of stealing the screw driver, then his probation will be violated. A good lawyer wouldn't hurt.

First of course you can use a suspended license to pawn, just not to drive,

And not much of a friend, unless he confessed that he gave it to you to pawn.

But it depends on the evidence and if they file a police report
