I have a Kenmore Elite He5 Electric Dryer. When you start it up it tumbles fine but it will only dry the clothes if it is set on Heavy Duty. If it is set on any other setting the clothes will still be wet. It is only 1.5 yrs old we bought it new. Do you know what maybe wrong with it?
