But you don't seem to understand what a surrogate mother is. A surrogate mother is a woman, who has a fertilized embryo implanted in her womb to carry the fetus to term or has one of her eggs fertilized in vitro by the father's sperm.

If you are already pregnant what would you need a surrogate for? Do you think you can't carry the fetus to term? What does your OB/Gyn say.
