Dave's ESL Cafe (http://www.daveseslcafe.com) is a wonderful website with ideas for English Corners. When I was a professor in China, I used this site quite a bit to get ideas for games and interaction.

Watching an English movie and then discussing it is also a good idea.

Reading an English book or short story and having a discussion about what the book means, the characters, and the outcome is another great idea.
