I just want to have an idea about; whom do I need to writte a letter for an early termination of my probation?what I was told to be 2 yrs of probation has become a 13 yrs.what was a misdemeanor is now a felony ? I misunderstanding with my ex wife from 1997 is still affecting my life.BIG TIME! Help me. Thank you in advance

No, you were either charged in court for a felony or a misdemeanor, you are put on probation only after you either made a plea or were found guilty.

And no the years on probation does not change from the court order issued by the judge.

Now if you listed to some police officer who got you to testify, they lie of course, but when you appeared in court, you were formally read the charges and the judge read the sentence to you.

And you don't write a letter to anyone ( well maybe your lawyer to look into this)
You make a formal applicatoin though the probation department, ask the PO about it
