Refrigerator won't cool or freeze. Light is on

Check evaporator fan motor,remove panel in back of freezer and turn fan by hand if it starts to run,motor faulty.also make sure your condenser is clear of dust.

Also remove inside back panel of freezer and check evaporator frost pattern. There should be a light coating of frost. If it's iced up, you have a defrost circuit problem. Possibly bad bi-metal, timer, or adc board.
