Perform tests, in Honda Sections 1 and 2, below:

If the CEL comes on and off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Positon II), then replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

If the CEL stays on, the problem is with the ACG(ALT)(S) fuse, ECM, main relay, or ignition switch.

I have done the tests and everything is fine but I forgot to mention that I have been losing coolant everyday for the past 12 months and I started to notice white smoke coming from my exhaust I checked the oil and its OK just a little dark than before and it was not giving enough power/speed and this all started in the last 12 months could this be the head gasket water/steam getting into the cylinders

You nailed it--the blown head gasket is allowing coolant to be burned in the cylinders. Frequently, the head warps, valves get damaged, and the head gasket leaks due to the aluminum head overheating.
