Hello

Got a bit of a long question for you guys.

I'm 30 portuguese smoker male with Hx of colon carcinoma in my family (grandma).

Several months ago I started exhibiting certain symptoms. I feel nauseous all the time, I've lost tons of weight, I feel pressure in my stomach causing me to constantly "burp" (thats what people call it but it doesn't sound or feel like burps to me) if I don't its excruciating painful. I throw up often in the mornings and when I do its completely without control its as if there's nothing stopping my stomach contents from coming out I just open my mouth and it comes out. My mouth is very thick in the mornings, my saliva is digustingly thick and I get phlegm up often that is thick (almost like jello) and white (sometimes yellow tinged) creamy in appearance, also in the morning I will often cough up small black hard/jello like blotches that look discusting but makes me feel so much better when their out.

Also I have an ongoing very annoying clicking on my left ear and if I try to move my jaw around I hear all kinds of funny noises on my left ear.

Mostly is the continuous pain, burping, nausea, weight loss that I'm concerned about.

I've gone to a general clinic and they did nothing

I been told that its probably GERD by several friends, my family MD is not very available and I don't want to go to emerg. If its just GERD.

Does anyone have any ideas what I might be suffering and what my best course of action would be?

Also to add. Its cleared up but up until about 2 weeks ago any food I ate would come out undigested or as diarrhea. That lasted almost a month.
