My 98 accord 4cyl 2.3L (automatic) have starting problem. It happened last week the temperature went down -35deg cel.after that always it has starting problem.I need to pump the pedal to get start and (today its dead totaly) do any one help me. (I change my by pass solinoid valve 2days bfore it happened first time)

At those temperatures, the battery may have frozen. You may want to have it tested and/or replaced. Also, start using 5W-30 full-synthetic engine oil--it will definitely help your car start better in cold weather:

Look into Mobil 1, Pennzoil Platinum, Quaker State Synthetic, or Amsoil--you'll be glad you did.

Funny story is I had the same problem! Have you thought about your battery? I tried everything and it ended up being the battery.

Most auto parts stores will test batteries for free.
