On that furnace that only heats to 62.when the temperature reaches 62 the furnace shuts down but the fan remains on and it cycles again it ignites again but only till 62-63 degrees and cycles over again

What kind of thermostat do you have?

Make sure all registers are open and the filter is clean with no restrictions in front of the return air grill.
