I have a 10 month old son and his father is out of the picture we broke up (a completely horrible break up if I may add) and his mom and I kept contact so that my ex and her could still see my son, his mother told me that her and my ex are moving out of state and I said fine but I son is staying with me, they agreed with out hesitation. The other day my ex called and said he wanted to see my son, I told him there was no way I was going to go to his new state to let him visit his son who he never took care of and never pays for and never asks about and who just up and left, he doesn't want to come back to this state to see him he wants me or my mother to bring my son there, do I have to go there? Can he say I'm doing something wrong by not flying over there to let him see my son? And if he ends up coming here do I have to let him see him? There are no papers of any kind for custody he just left we never went to court or anything..

Is there a court order in place? If not, no you don't have to go there.

I have moved your question to Family Law as that is the appropriate category for this kind of question.

No there are no court orders.
If my ex ends up coming here do I have to let him see my son?

No, you do not have to let him see your son. HOWEVER, you better get into court and establish custody before he does.
