Recently I've started getting the odd feeling that someone is following me or watching me at home and mostly in my room. The first thing that happened was when I was sitting at the dresser in my room straigtning my hair and my phone was next to me on the table. I looked away from it and when I looked back it had spun round. I thought I might have nudged it with my arm so I turned it back round and moved so it wasn't possible to hit it with my arm. I looked back again and it had spun upsidedown again. A little unnerved it turned it round at sat looking at it for a moment . I then heard a noise behind me like a small bang or a footstep, already on edge I jumped and spun round but there was nothing there when I looked back at the phone it was spining slowly round and stopped when I looked at it. Freaked out I ran from the room. Nothing happened for a while but a couple of weeks later I started noticing things moving out of the corner of the eye and having the feeling that someone was watching me ( always just when I'm in my room) and the curtains would move when the windows were closed and I checked there was no draught. Just last night however when I was trying to sleep I felt like someone was standing next to me looking at me which made me feel a bit uncomfortable then suddenly it felt like someone had put and hand on my wrist like they were checking my pulse or something. I jumped up really fast and had to sleep with the light on : S. Does it sound like something paranormal or is it all in my head? Bear in mind that I am quite skeptical of stuff like ghosts but these events have really changed my views.. Got me pretty freaked out but at the same time I don't feel that scared because I get the feeling that it doesn't want to hurt me or scare me (intentionally) just could use some opinions and advice : /

What you are experiencing is real. The thing is that someone close to you is reminding you that they are still there and are a part of your life. They cannot hurt and they don't want to hurt you. Acknowledge them and talk to them and you can have a good relationship. IF you don't want to do that then you can set up protection in the house or in the room that you don't want them in and they will leave you alone.

When things like that happen, one thing to keep in mind is that there is always a reasonable explanation for it. Sometimes things happen that are hard to figure out how they do, but there is no need to jump to conclusions as in ghosts and such.

You say it's someone close to me but no one really close to me has passed away. My cousin passed away last month but we hardly ever saw each other and were not very close. However my grandma died 6 years ago and my mum has said that she sometimes feels she is watching over her but she's never had anything happen to her like what's happened to me...
Also just thought I would add that my room is freezing compared to all the other rooms and the heating is working fine

OK well I am one of those people that things just happen to!! U can say there is always an explanation but when you and your girlfriend are sitting there watching a movie and it ends and it sounds like someone is walking into your room and stops at your door way and then all the lights go out and one by one your TV shuts off then your heater shuts off then your surround sound shuts off not all at once but one by one how do you explain that? How when you and your girlfriend have just watched someone or something shut off all of your electronics in your room deny or disregard that?
